In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.4 These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 By registering an account on gv888, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

3.2 gv888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the registration or verification process. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended and all pending withdrawals withheld pending resolution.

3.3 If gv888 discovers that an account has been registered by or used by an individual under the age of 21, gv888 shall immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed from that account, and forfeit all balances without exception. gv888 will cooperate with relevant authorities in any investigation arising from underage access.

3.4 You must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access or use your gv888 account under any circumstances. As an Account Holder, you bear full responsibility for ensuring your account credentials are not accessible to minors.

4.1 To access the betting and gaming Services on gv888, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Registration via false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 One Account per Individual. Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on the gv888 platform. 5.1 gv888 is required under its international gaming licensing obligations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards to verify the identity of all Account Holders prior to processing any withdrawal request. This verification process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).

5.2 As part of the KYC process, gv888 may request the following documents:

6.3 Deposit Processing. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your gv888 account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the sending institution.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to verified gv888 accounts via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification prior to processing.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded by gv888 are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus credits may be withdrawn as real money.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. gv888 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus wagering outcomes — are grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances including any real-money deposits.

7.4 Expiry. All gv888 bonus credits carry an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus credits that remain unplayed at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

7.5 gv888 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not adversely affect players who have already satisfied the conditions of a completed promotional offer.

8.1 All bets placed on the gv888 platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any sport-specific, game-specific, or market-specific rules published on the gv888 platform.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only deemed accepted when gv888's system confirms the bet and credits the relevant stake from your gv888 account balance. Receipt of a confirmation reference number constitutes confirmation of bet acceptance.

8.3 Error Correction. gv888 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed at odds or terms that were the result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake. In such circumstances, the stake will be refunded to your gv888 account balance.

8.6 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement on the gv888 platform, gv888's decision — made with reference to official third-party data sources — shall be final and binding.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gv888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

13.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and agree that gambling involves inherent financial risk. gv888 does not guarantee that you will win any particular amount or any amount at all. All wagers are made at your own financial risk, and gv888 shall not be liable for gambling losses sustained through legitimate use of the platform.

14.1 gv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where gv888 reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse has been identified;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period following request;
• The Account Holder is under 21 years of age;
• The Account Holder has self-excluded and attempts to circumvent the self-exclusion;
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing authority requirements necessitate the suspension or closure of the account.

14.2 Where an account is closed for reasons not related to any breach by the Account Holder, gv888 will process a withdrawal of any verified real-money balance to the Account Holder's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

14.3 Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, all balances — including real-money balances deposited by the Account Holder — may be forfeited at gv888's discretion, subject to applicable law and the requirements of gv888's licensing authority.

15.1 gv888 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gv888 will notify registered Account Holders via the email address registered to their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the gv888 platform.

15.2 Where an amendment is adverse to your interests — for example, an increase in wagering requirements on existing bonuses — gv888 will provide a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, during which time you may close your account and withdraw your balance without restriction.

15.3 Your continued use of the gv888 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

16.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent gv888 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where gv888 reasonably believes such relief is necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.
